The Role

The Licensed/Trainee Lawyer will work within the estates and company liquidation department. This full-time role involves field follow-up of estates and handling related governmental reviews, documentation, and requests from the central office. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Following up on estates assigned to the company from the enforcement center.
• Conducting on-site inspections of estate assets.
• Liaising with relevant authorities.
• Preparing reports, regulations, and relevant studies.
• Archiving and tracking legal documents through company systems.
• Coordinating with government agencies and other relevant parties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Law, or a related specialization.

• Proficiency in legal drafting in Arabic.
• Previous experience in legal work or advocacy.
