Job Title: Cashier and Labor Supervisor


Tasks and Responsibilities:

1.Financial Tasks (Cashier):

Receiving customers and accurately recording orders in the system.

Collecting payments (cash or card) and ensuring they match with invoices.

Issuing receipts and maintaining the daily financial custody.

Performing daily cash reconciliation and reporting sales to the restaurant manager.

2.Supervisory Tasks (Labor Supervisor):

Monitoring employee attendance and compliance during working hours.

Distributing daily tasks to the work team (servers – kitchen – cleaning).

Monitoring service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitoring general cleanliness and applying health and safety standards.

Training new employees and continuously guiding the team.

Submitting daily reports to the restaurant manager regarding workflow and any notes or needs.


Qualifications Required:

Previous work experience in restaurants (Cashier or Supervision).

Ability to manage a small team and work under pressure.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Accuracy in handling cash and electronic systems.
