- Job Overview:
- We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled person to join our marketing team at [Your Company Name]. If you have a passion for showcasing the beauty of properties through your lens, excel at storytelling across social media platforms, and possess an analytical mindset capable of gathering and interpreting data to enhance performance, this position is designed for you!
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Content Creation and Production:
- • Property Photography: Conduct field visits to photograph properties (photos and videos) professionally to highlight their features and details.
- • Social Media Management: Create, plan, and publish engaging daily content suitable for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat).
- • Basic Production: Perform basic video and photo editing tasks (such as adjusting lighting, colors, adding impactful texts, and merging clips) using appropriate editing software and applications.
- 2. Data Collection and Analysis:
- • Data Gathering: Research and collect essential data related to the real estate market, competitor trends, and interests of targeted customers.
- • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze engagement and reach metrics for social media content (Insights & Analytics), extracting clear insights from them.
- • Report Preparation: Provide simplified periodic reports linking content performance with collected data to suggest continuous improvements to the marketing strategy.
- Qualifications and Required Skills:
- • Practical experience (or a portfolio) demonstrating proficiency in photography and videography (previous work in real estate or architectural fields is highly preferred).
- • Excellent familiarity with essential production and editing tools and applications (such as: CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or basic Adobe programs).
- • Good understanding of social media algorithms and latest trends.
- • Very good research and information gathering skills using available search engines and tools.
- • Ability to use spreadsheet software (like Excel or Google Sheets) to organize and analyze data simply.
- • High attention to detail, and an artistic sense balancing creativity and numbers.
