Join Our Culinary Team as Head Baker!
We are looking for a Head Baker to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea. Ennismore is opening an exciting project in The Red Sea, planned to open in 2025.

About the Role:
The Head Baker will oversee all baking operations within the resort, ensuring high-quality, fresh, and visually appealing baked goods. This leadership role involves:
  • Recipe development and team supervision.
  • Production planning and quality assurance across multiple outlets.
  • Ensuring consistency and high standards in line with 5-star expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate the culinary offering by anticipating trends and delivering new menus.
  • Work with management to develop and define the culinary concept.
  • Create monthly reports on outlet performance.
  • Implement and monitor food policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HACCP compliance and high sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:
  • Vocational diploma in culinary arts.
  • Minimum 10+ years of kitchen experience, at least 3 years as a Sous Chef.
  • 5-star hotel experience is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
  • Fluency in own language and English, both written and verbal.
