About the Role:
We are looking for a Baker to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea. Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is set to open this magnificent project in 2025. This hotel will offer luxurious amenities and experiences to both adults and families.

Position Summary:
The Baker will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing ingredients and following recipes to ensure freshness and presentation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with the Head Baker and pastry team.

Key Responsibilities:
People:
  • Attend training and development programs.
  • Foster a positive and respectful kitchen culture.

Operations:
  • Prepare and bake dishes to the highest standards.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize waste.
  • Follow food handling and storage procedures.

Compliance & Safety:
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to local health regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Formal culinary training preferred.
  • 12 years of kitchen experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and willingness to learn.
