Key Responsibilities:- Innovate and test new recipes focusing on creativity, presentation, and taste.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering, and inventory.
- Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with strong expertise in Pastry and Bakery.
- Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Fluency in English.
