Join the Kempinski Hotels team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and direct work to supervisory and non-supervisory staff for efficient service.
  • Inspect public areas and floors to maintain cleanliness and address repair needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding hotel appearance and room status.
  • Assist in the recruitment, management, and training of housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for existing employees.
  • Schedule inspections of all housekeeping areas.
  • Control usage of amenities and cleaning supplies in compliance with budget.
  • Monitor housekeeping procedures including Lost and Found and Health and Safety.
  • Adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

  • Skills: Strong videography skills, knowledge of filming formats, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail.
