Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank is looking for a talented Security Manager to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea, scheduled for 2025. This luxury project promises to be a spectacular destination, featuring 150 luxurious keys and a diverse range of Food & Beverage outlets. We are seeking an individual who is ambitious and ready to make a significant impact in the lifestyle and luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate security measures with the General Manager and local law enforcement.
  • Prepare and supervise security reports, training programs, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of safety equipment and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Manage and train all security staff to uphold hotel standards and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding security matters and participate in safety meetings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel, preferably in the GCC. Exceptional team management, communication, and computer skills are essential. This role is open to Saudi nationals only, as per legal requirements.
