The Role of Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at SLS The Red Sea, you will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This role involves supporting daily housekeeping operations, guiding the team, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with other resort departments to ensure a consistent guest experience. This is a full-time position located in Umluj, Tabuk.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned floors and areas.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks for the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special guest requirements.
• Support the team with daily briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other resort departments.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, equipment, pantries, and trolleys.
• Ensure safety, lost and found, key control, and housekeeping procedures are followed.
• Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and daily operational reporting.
• Lead by example and maintain grooming, service, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Housekeeping Supervisor position should have 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual who can manage daily operations and uphold service standards within a hospitality environment.

This full-time position is based at SLS The Red Sea, located in Umluj, Tabuk. The role involves working within a resort setting, collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
