We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Human Resources Officer and Administration. Your Role:
  • Ensure that the daily actions of the staff, related to their responsibilities linked to HR, are properly registered and followed up.
  • Prepare weekly reports to inform the Director of Finance and Administration and the SLT about staff attendance - leaves, sickness, late arrivals, early departures, etc - and incidents that may have occurred.
  • Support the payroll process
  • Support the Professional Development plan
  • Support the staff recruitment process
  • Ensure that HR shows best practices

What We’re Looking For:
  • Relevant experience in Administration and HR
  • Organization skills
  • Familiar with IT tools
  • Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Arabic desirable)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
