We are looking for a Director of F&B to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea. Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.

Introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach The Red Sea project: our resort offers 150 luxurious keys, accompanied by 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa. This hotel is designed for adults and families looking for exceptional experiences and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the pre-opening and operations team to ensure hotel objectives are recognized and implemented.
- Lead and inspire the F&B Division, ensuring all service standards are adhered to.
- Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts to create a desirable destination.
- Maintain a visible presence to support and lead the team for excellent service.
- Oversee the continuity of service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze business trends for forecasting and profit optimization.
- Prepare annual budgets and administer them responsibly.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
- Manage the F&B division operational and financial targets effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years experience in Luxury Hotels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
