The Role of MEP BIM Engineer

Kawkab Alfikr is seeking an MEP BIM Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for developing and managing electrical BIM models and ensuring their coordination with MEP and architectural teams. The engineer will ensure all models align with project requirements and established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage electrical BIM models.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP and architectural teams.
• Ensure alignment of models with project requirements and standards.
• Produce and update construction drawings.
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Validate model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed documentation for design reviews and construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Support timely project delivery through effective BIM management.
• Contribute to improving BIM workflows and implementing best practices across projects.

Contract Duration

This position has a minimum contract duration of 3 months.

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company also has operations in Tabuk.
