About the Role

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. (صيدليات الدواء) is seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional to join our team in Taif. This full-time role is central to maintaining accurate and efficient data records within our systems, supporting critical operational processes.

Role Overview

The Data Entry role is responsible for the precise collection and input of data into various databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information within the WM system and other related computerized tools. This involves a range of tasks from validating commercial documents to managing system-generated orders and ensuring compliance with data policies.

Data Management and Validation

• Validate commercial invoices, Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), and Purchase Order (PO) data for accuracy.
• Accept and dispatch Returnable Sales Document (RSD) notifications after thorough validation of all associated data, including GTIN, Batch, and Quantity.
• Review data for any deficiencies or errors, correcting incompatibilities, and providing immediate feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.

System Operations and Documentation

• Generate pharmacy orders efficiently using the auto replenishment system.
• Post all relevant SAP documents, including Inbound Delivery (IBD), Outbound Delivery (OBD), and Transfer Order (TO).
• Print customer invoices and any other necessary related documents as required.

Operational Compliance and Reporting

• Report all daily follow-up tasks accurately and promptly.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of office equipment, addressing any malfunctions as they arise.
• Comply strictly with all data integrity and security policies to safeguard information.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles and system operations.
