About the Quality Advisor Role at Wood

Wood is seeking a Quality Advisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based approximately 200 km northeast of Taif. The role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality programs and systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and compliance with contractual and quality plan arrangements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of quality plans to meet contractual requirements.
• Contribute to the maintenance, documentation, and deployment of Wood's Quality Management System within the assigned organization.
• Aid in establishing assurance schedules and support the implementation of internal, external, and extrinsic assurance activities.
• Assist in the quality review and approval processes for product and material requisitions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality management systems, plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), documentation, and records to ensure compliance with stated requirements.
• Coordinate third-party vendor inspection visits, including the review and distribution of reports.
• Support the management and analysis of Non-conformance and corrective action data.
• Assist in the creation and review of tender packages and proposals.
• Attend kick-off meetings to establish the implementation strategy for defined quality requirements.
• Promote awareness of quality principles through targeted communication, education, and training initiatives.
• Support lessons learned and continual improvement processes.
• Assist in the implementation of organizational and local management reviews and the reporting of metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a similar field.

This is a full-time position located at a site approximately 200 km northeast of Taif, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within Wood's operational framework to ensure quality standards are met across projects.
