Role Overview: Rectification Controller Superintendent

The Rectification Controller Superintendent will control and manage personnel and resources related to AGF (Aircraft Ground Force) activities. This full-time role, based in Taif, supports the RSAF Typhoon Flying programme and ensures aircraft generation in accordance with the RSAF LMR. The position requires over 10 years of experience and offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance efforts on shift to meet the daily flying programme and associated maintenance plans.
• Track maintenance plans for AGF allocated rebuild plans.
• Manage the debrief/dispatcher/expediter function.
• Carry out inspections of aircraft shelters to ensure husbandry standards are met.
• Review FOD (Foreign Object Debris) practices across the AGF.
• Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance operations.
• Liaise with MOF (Maintenance Operations Flight) to coordinate cannibalisation activities.
• Liaise with trade senior superintendents and supervisors to prioritise manpower allocation for aircraft rectification and generation activities.
• Ensure aircraft are in the correct configuration for the flying programme.
• Monitor engineering practices across the AGF to maintain and promote high standards of airworthiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering Operations for flying programme issues.
• Liaise with the Senior Superintendent and Senior Supervisors to understand any Technical Queries (TQs) or other issues affecting the aircraft fleet.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of EOR (Emergency Operation Response) and Hit Teams in support of operations.

Required Experience

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance and control functions.

This is a full-time position based in Taif, Saudi Arabia, supporting critical RSAF operations within a structured maintenance and training environment.
