About the Typhoon Pilot Role

BAE Systems is seeking a Typhoon Pilot to join our team in Makkah, specifically in Taif. This full-time position requires strong people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, influence, and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground. The role is critical for delivering instructional missions in accordance with Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Flying Wing Commander.
• Conduct instructional flying missions for cadets.
• Ensure all training adheres to the appropriate Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.
• Provide effective communication, influence, and direction to Saudi cadets during both airborne and ground operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong people development competencies.
• Proven high levels of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and direct individuals.
