About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Site Manager to represent the Client on-site in Thuwal, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing renovation activities to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and HSE standards.

Role Overview

The Site Manager coordinates contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitors project progress, and resolves site issues. The primary objective is to ensure the successful completion and handover of renovated housing units, acting as the Client's direct representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Client's primary representative at the project site, coordinating with the PMC, contractors, designers, operations, and end users.
• Monitor renovation progress, contractor performance, schedules, resources, and site constraints.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, delays, and site coordination challenges.
• Lead site coordination meetings, track action items, and review contractor progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing and commissioning, defect closure, and final handover.
• Liaise with operations and facilities management to confirm housing unit readiness.
• Provide regular management reports on progress, risks, delays, and required decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in site management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee renovation activities and ensure project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.

Work Location

This position is based in Thuwal, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time on-site presence.
