Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper at Movenpick Waad Al Shamal. In this critical role, you will:

Lead and inspire housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
Ensure seamless coordination across hotel departments to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
Oversee laundry operations including inventory management, quality control, and staff scheduling.
Monitor laundry processing standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.
Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing their concerns promptly.
Manage departmental scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, with a leadership background.
- Strong knowledge in housekeeping operations, laundry systems, and hotel PMS coordination.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- English and Arabic speaking preferred.
- Location: Turaif, Saudi Arabia.
