Accor, a global hospitality group encompassing over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. This full-time position is based in Turaif, Northern Frontier, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction expected within the Accor network.

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. The supervisor will lead and support the housekeeping team, monitor room and public area standards, and ensure strict compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and related team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel and brand standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to established procedures and within required timeframes.
• Assign daily tasks and room allocations to housekeeping team members.
• Monitor room status and coordinate closely with the Front Office to ensure timely room availability.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, damages, and lost and found items.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and control of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping supplies.
• Monitor linen and amenity stock levels and report shortages to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, health, and security procedures.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager with daily reports, inventory, and operational follow-up.
• Promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Housekeeping role.
• Experience preferably within a hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and housekeeping procedures is preferred.
