Job Summary/Objective:
The Graphic Designer – Senior Specialist will develop and execute creative visual assets that bring our brand and campaigns to life. The role involves designing impactful visuals across various digital and print channels to support marketing initiatives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity & Visual Design: Ensure consistency in Alnafitha IT’s visual identity across all materials.
• Campaign Creative & Asset Development: Design high-quality visuals for campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate briefs into effective visuals.
• Platform & Format Adaptation: Adapt materials for various platforms ensuring specifications are met.
• Quality & Brand Consistency: Regularly check outputs for adherence to brand guidelines.
• Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or IT services.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic experience in motion design or video editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

• Technical Integration: Adapt content for various playback systems.
• Innovation: Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Certificate, Degree, or Diploma in Visualization, Visual Effects (VFX), or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in motion design, especially in the events or media production industry.
• Software Mastery: Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; advantageous to have 3D software proficiency.
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English and proficiency in written Arabic.
