Facilities Manager Airports

About the Role

Enova by Veolia is seeking a Facilities Manager Airports to join their team in Tabuk, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on implementing best practices in customer, subcontractor, and supplier relationship management to maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input to the overall Site Operations strategy and contribute to the KSA business unit strategy.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in delivering the Operations Management strategy for contractual sites, ensuring commitments are met.
• Lead the Facilities and Operations team in the assigned project, setting objectives, managing performance, and developing staff.
• Contribute to defining an optimum organizational structure for the business unit/division.
• Ensure efficient planning and allocation of resources, and implement appropriate standards and controls.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with HSEEQ, administration, HR, and public relations policies.
• Monitor resource utilization to ensure appropriate staffing for target achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in monitoring and controlling maintenance contracts, reviewing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervising implementation.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication and transparent work practices.
• Receive and resolve escalated customer problems and complaints from the Call Centre.
• Escort customers on daily tours, gather feedback, and delegate necessary support tasks.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in managing the implementation and improvement of contract management policies and processes.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in monitoring subcontracted works and ensuring subcontractor compliance.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in monitoring physical and documentation audits of subcontractors and taking necessary actions for variations or poor performance.
• Gather feedback and monitor satisfaction to improve operations and facilities management services.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of division policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer, subcontractor, and supplier relationships effectively.
• Experience in facilities and operations management, including maintenance contracts and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in monitoring and controlling various maintenance programs (BMS, chillers, generators, HVAC, etc.).

This is a full-time position based in the Tabuk region, covering operations in Umluj and Tabuk. The role involves working within a team-oriented environment, collaborating with clients, tenants, and contractors.
