The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island within The Red Sea destination, situated along 200 kilometers of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This destination is being developed with a strong focus on sustainable practices and conservation, utilizing renewable energy and minimizing environmental impact. The resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, multiple dining outlets, meeting spaces, a marine discovery centre, a full-service spa, and various leisure facilities.

The Role of Housekeeping Manager

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations. This full-time role is central to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently met across the resort's diverse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, encompassing guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
• Ensure the consistent maintenance of exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the resort.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify adherence to standards.
• Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service quality.
• Manage departmental schedules, staffing levels, and operational budgets effectively.
• Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Front Office departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Monitor inventory, implement cost controls, and manage supplies efficiently.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
• Previous resort experience is highly preferred.
• Experience within a luxury hotel environment is considered an advantage.

Employment Details
