The Role: Senior Specialist - Land Mobility Support

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Land Mobility Support to join our team in Umluj. This full-time role is responsible for providing essential operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Mobility team. The specialist will play a key part in preparing management reports, creating executive presentations, maintaining operational data, coordinating communications, and supporting mobility planning, fleet operations, and stakeholder engagement activities. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily mobility operations and coordination across various land mobility services.
• Assist in tracking operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Maintain mobility-related records, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Support fleet utilization, transportation planning, and mobility projects as required.
• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Airport Operations, Guest Experience, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support vendor coordination and administrative activities related to mobility services.

Reporting and Administrative Duties

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for management.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and executive reviews.
• Transform operational data into clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards for presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Manage departmental correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Track action items and support the completion of key deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Mobility team.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in mobility, transportation, fleet operations, hospitality, aviation, or logistics environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, giga projects, or multi-site operations.
