About the Role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Supervisor Reservations to join its team in Umluj. This full-time position is open to Saudi National Talent and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing reservation operations and ensuring service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Jumeirah Brand and uphold business values in all interactions.
• Promote Jumeirah properties and services, identifying upselling opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
• Meet established targets for revenue, quality, customer service, and productivity.
• Adhere to minimum standards for external reservation audits, including LQA, Forbes, and IFH call standards.
• Manage and resolve market and segment channel-related queries and escalations across various channels such as telephone, email, and chat, within agreed response times.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. This position is designated for Saudi National Talent.
