Relationship Manager Affluent Banking ( AlQassem)

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Affluent Banking to join its team in Unayzah, Al Qasim. This full-time role focuses on managing client relationships and driving business development within the affluent banking segment, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients through regular visits and engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' organizations, industries, and global practices to meet their banking needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and actively sell Retail Banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize product penetration, cross-selling, and seek structured finance opportunities.
• Develop and follow up on account plans in a timely and consistent manner.
• Provide insights on governmental demand and commercially viable loan products to the team.
• Review and approve Credit Applications (CAs) according to authority levels, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management to enhance the credit portfolio quality.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports in line with company and departmental requirements.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within affluent banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record in sales and business development within banking.
• Understanding of credit approval processes and risk management principles.
