Rasis Perfumes Company is looking for a branch supervisor with experience in management and supervision to join its team. The main responsibilities of this role will be related to ensuring the efficiency of daily operations across various branches and achieving sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of branch performance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational goals for each branch.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management regarding branch performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure the best service for customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management.
  • High leadership and organizational skills.
