Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational goals for each branch.
Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
Preparing periodic reports for senior management regarding branch performance.
Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Coordinating between different departments to ensure the best service for customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management.
High leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
Proficiency in using computer programs and reports.
