Tasks and Responsibilities:- Direct supervision of branch performance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational objectives for each branch.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management about branch performance.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinating between various departments to ensure the best service for customers.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management.
- High leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and reporting.
