Join us at Rasiss Perfumes as a Branch Supervisor!
We are looking for a qualified Branch Supervisor to oversee the performance of our branches in the cities: Arar, Yanbu, Taif, Al-Ahsa.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of branch performance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational objectives for each branch.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management about branch performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating between various departments to ensure the best service for customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management.
  • High leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs and reporting.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Representative at Altaaqa Alternative Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the defined administrative, financial, and procedural objectives set by divisional management.   • Organize corporate launch activities, seminars, and exhibitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a Vocational/Technical Diploma.
  • Experience required: Minimum of 5 years in industrial equipment sales.
  • Technical Skills: Good communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
