Job Purpose: Maintain general and department-specific routine daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carrying out inventories and inventory control activities, and possibly managing purchase and change orders.

Key Accountability Areas:
  • Store Process: Receiving, handling & storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment.
  • Inventory record updates.
  • Coding for material.
  • Recording & maintaining monthly reports on assets.
  • Receipt vouchers.
  • Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material.

Material Management:
  • Receiving material at the incoming bay of the store.
  • Checking delivery notes, packing lists, transfer notes, etc.
  • Material issue as per request.
  • Daily update for temporarily issued material.

Role Accountability:
  • HR Proficiency: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
  • Delivery: Use tools and machinery efficiently within cost and time constraints.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist in solving any related issues and escalate complex operational problems.
  • Quality: Implement quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
  • Business Process: Execute tasks as per work routines and instructions.
  • Compliance: Comply with related policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute.
Work Experience: Fresher - 02 years.
Technical / Functional Competencies: Well Organized, Communication, Teamwork, Details Oriented, Report writing.
