As we expand within the Gulf region, we seek a dynamic HR and Saudization Coordinator to oversee various HR initiatives and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role dedicated to managing Saudization initiatives and facilitating recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing HR policies and strategies across departments.
  • Conducting training programs for employee development.
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee records and documentation.
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively.
  • Coordinating Saudization reporting and compliance efforts with external entities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong HR management skills in recruitment and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudization initiatives and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in conducting training and developing HR policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the oil, gas, and energy sector is an advantage.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
