Introduction to the Role

sraco is seeking a Planner/ Scheduler to join its team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, with a preference for Saudi Nationals, focusing on critical planning and scheduling functions within the company's operations.

Role Overview

The Planner/ Scheduler will play a crucial role in managing project timelines and resource allocation for building construction activities. This involves the application of established planning and scheduling principles to develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion. The successful candidate will contribute to the operational efficiency of projects by maintaining accurate and up-to-date scheduling information and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting planning and scheduling for building construction work activities.
• Applying standard planning and scheduling principles and practices.
• Performing resource loading and comprehensive schedule analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Certification in Computer Operation.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in building construction planning and scheduling work activities.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Thorough knowledge and training in standard planning and scheduling principles and practices, including resource loading and schedule analysis.
• Full conversancy in computer operations.
• Proficiency in current versions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial.
