Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist!
We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to develop effective hiring strategies and ensure the best candidates are selected for our organization. In this position, you will plan and implement recruitment policies and procedures, analyze applicant data, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and formulate recruitment policies and strategies for open positions.
  • Develop recruitment procedures and programs, including effective hiring channels.
  • Analyze applicant information and ensure completeness of documents.
  • Coordinate operations, review applications, and recommend suitable candidates.
  • Prepare specialized reports and recommendations related to recruitment.
Work Nature: Six working days a week
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as English, Public Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or Management Information Systems.
  • HRM certification preferred (PHRi) preferred.
Languages: Arabic (advanced), English (advanced)
Skills:
  • Advanced skills in recruitment, reporting, workforce planning, and consultation.
  • Strong ability in verifying information and coordinating operational activities.
