About the Role

Master-Works is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This full-time role focuses on solving real-world business problems through innovative AI applications. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience and be comfortable transitioning models from research to production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using AI technologies, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and big data analytics.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, covering data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced techniques to provide actionable solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and training in AI-related fields.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Track and evaluate the performance of AI models to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Ability to work with and analyze big data.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization, and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
