About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on developing and implementing AI-powered solutions, particularly in the domain of Generative AI. The role involves contributing to a culture that values innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Gen AI-powered models and prompt frameworks.
• Implement results derived from Gen AI analysis.
• Develop AI logic to identify repeated items across data sources and detect systemic issues and patterns.
• Build quality analysis and scoring models to rate assessment reports (0–100%) based on predefined criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to access structured and unstructured assessment data and utilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• Continuously refine AI outputs through user query analysis, UAT feedback, prompt optimization, and model fine-tuning.
• Support go-live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post-deployment.

Experience Requirements
