About the Role

Edition is seeking a Bellman to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position is critical for creating a positive first and last impression for guests, ensuring a memorable and unique experience from arrival to departure. The role involves taking initiative to provide a range of services that guide guests through their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
• Completing reports and sharing information about the local area.
• Ensuring transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Creating a safe workplace and following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Upholding quality standards and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Bellmen must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance. Performing these duties effectively is essential for guest satisfaction and business operations.
