EDITION Hotels is seeking a Bellman to join our team in Tabuk, Tabuk Region. This full-time role is crucial for creating a positive and memorable first and last impression for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and efficient. The Bellman acts as a Guest Arrival Expert, guiding guests through their stay from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

• 0-1 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a high standard of guest service.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
