About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Bellman for The Ritz-Carlton Residences Diriyah Signature Collection in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing essential support and services to Residence owners, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment. The role requires a professional demeanor and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors, and guests, assisting them in and out of vehicles and with transporting groceries, luggage, and packages.
• Provide directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist in maintaining clear access to the Residences entrance, directing moving and delivery personnel, and supporting valet parking operations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas, including polishing luggage carts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate log records of Residence owner requests and document maintenance needs.
• Distribute packages, dry-cleaning, groceries, and faxes to Residence owners and guests.
• Address service needs professionally, anticipate guest requirements, and resolve issues using established procedures.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and communicate clearly and professionally with Residence owners, guests, and co-workers.
• Support co-workers, maintain positive working relationships, and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and maintain awareness of suspicious persons on the premises.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capacity to move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, run, walk, jog).
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects exceeding 75 pounds with assistance.
• Maneuver over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required for this position.
