About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Bellman to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating a positive and memorable experience for guests during their arrival and departure. The Bellman acts as a Guest Arrival Expert, providing a range of services to support guests throughout their stay, from initial impressions to final goodbyes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
