About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom (SAPAC) is seeking a BIM Modeler – Infrastructure Networks (Wet and Dry) to join their team. This full-time role involves creating, managing, and maintaining detailed digital 3D models for infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will contribute to projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial design and construction through to operation and maintenance.

Role Overview

A BIM Modeler is responsible for developing comprehensive digital 3D models of various infrastructure projects and structures. These models serve as a critical reference point during the construction process, providing detailed information on design, construction methodology, and performance. The role ensures all project stakeholders have a clear understanding of tasks and requirements at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain digital 3D models for infrastructure projects and other structures.
• Ensure models contain detailed information relevant to design, construction, and performance.
• Support the project lifecycle from design and construction to operation and maintenance through accurate modeling.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of other BIM software programs, including Navisworks, Dynamo, and 3ds Max.

Required Skills

• Ability to create both 2D and 3D drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
