About the Role

Lamprell is seeking a Blasting & Painting Foreman to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with significant experience in blasting and painting operations.

Role Overview

The Blasting & Painting Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing all blasting and painting activities within the designated projects. This role involves ensuring that all operations adhere to safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of surface preparation and coating applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise blasting and painting teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor the quality of surface preparation and coating application to meet specified standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during blasting and painting operations.
• Coordinate with project management and other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on blasting and painting techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in blasting and painting operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in surface preparation and coating application.
• Ability to join at short notice is preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
