Builder Supervisor Engineering (for Saudi Nationals)

About the Role

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Builder Supervisor Engineering for Saudi Nationals to oversee building-related works across the property in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring that projects and maintenance activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the company's standards. The Builder Supervisor will collaborate with engineering colleagues, contractors, and operational teams to maintain property spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building and construction-related activities throughout the property.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure the successful completion of assigned works.
• Monitor project progress and workmanship to consistently achieve quality standards.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across all work areas.
• Conduct site inspections and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience supervising building, construction, or facility-related works within a complex operational environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safe working procedures.
