About the Role: Farm Planner

Almarai is seeking a Farm Planner to ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks. This full-time role involves implementing proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices to maintain consistent production performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
  • Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls.
  • Achieve optimal egg or meat output.
  • Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Production and Animal Science, or a related major.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GP farms or a similar role and field.

Required Skills

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Understanding of poultry farming, specifically breeding farms.
  • Knowledge of brooding, feeding, and egg collection.
  • Commitment to animal welfare, safety standards, and farm goals.
  • Precision in monitoring flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions.
