CCTV Operator Saudi National

About the Role

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Saudi National CCTV Operator to support the implementation and daily operation of security surveillance systems. This full-time role focuses on protecting guests, employees, contractors, and company assets from potential security threats through continuous monitoring and timely reporting within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate all monitored activities to assess potential risks and security threats.
• Ensure continuous compliance with company security standards and procedures.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems consistently.
• Identify and immediately report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Record all incidents, observations, and actions taken in the occurrence log system.
• Review CCTV footage during investigations and provide accurate evidence as required.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including security teams, emergency services, and management, during emergency response situations.
• Assist during emergencies by providing real-time information from surveillance systems.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any faults or malfunctions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all security systems, footage, and operational information.
• Provide solutions and recommendations to improve monitoring effectiveness.
• Follow up on incidents and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Support the preparation of reports, statistics, and security records.
• Ensure safe and proper use of all monitoring equipment.

Operational Duties

• Monitor daily security operations through CCTV systems to ensure the safety of guests, employees, visitors, and property.
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in line with company requirements.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
• Ensure all monitoring systems are operational and report any faults immediately.
• Adhere to company policies at all times.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to incidents efficiently and professionally.

Confidentiality and Health & Safety

The role involves access to confidential information concerning the company, guests, and employees. It is essential that all such information remains confidential and is not disclosed outside the organization without authorization.

• Comply with safe working practices as per Health and Safety regulations.
• Report any defects in systems, equipment, or facilities according to procedure.
• Ensure that any incidents or accidents are reported immediately and correctly.
• Attend required Fire, Health & Safety training and comply with all procedures.
• Be fully conversant with emergency procedures, including fire, evacuation, and security threats.
• Maintain a safe working environment within the CCTV control room.

Work Environment and Additional Information
