The Role of CCTV Operator

Noon is seeking a CCTV Operator to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor surveillance systems, identify and report security incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient operating environment for people, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to security or safety incidents.
• Continuously observe live camera feeds and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or operational concerns.
• Record, document, and escalate incidents in accordance with company procedures.
• Retrieve and review CCTV footage to support investigations and internal requests.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and promptly report any faults or technical issues.
• Coordinate with Security, Operations, and relevant stakeholders during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and surveillance records.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of surveillance footage and sensitive information.
• Support compliance with company security policies and local regulations.
