Chief Operation Officer

About the Role

National Security Services is seeking a Chief Operation Officer to provide leadership, management, and strategic vision. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the organization has the necessary operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and personnel systems to achieve effective growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the development of service delivery and deployment plans in collaboration with other business units, ensuring alignment with People and Administration functions regarding human resources and equipment availability.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality security services, including guarding and patrolling, specialized security solutions (K9 security services, VVIP/bodyguarding, and armed guarding), cash management services, and ground security systems.
• Lead and enhance facilities management capabilities to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Guide and manage fire prevention systems and plans.
• Oversee the development, monitoring, and evaluation of pre-surveillance strategies, command and control systems, and security systems utilized for clients, while driving the centralization of operational communication between clients and on-ground staff.
• Direct and manage secure cash management services, including ATM management for cash/valuable item delivery and pick-ups, cash-in-transit operations, cash processing services, and the cash center.
• Oversee the functions of the Security Academy, ensuring the provision of effective, cost-efficient, and profitable training programs.

Leadership and Team Development

• Foster a culture that promotes cooperation, continuous learning and development, and strong leadership.
• Provide leadership and development guidance to direct reports.
• Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performance management team, utilizing mentoring as a cornerstone of the management career development program.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in operational leadership roles.
