Cluster F&D Order Taker

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster F&D Order Taker to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for delivering hospitality by managing guest food and beverage orders. The position requires 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and process guest food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with the Kitchen, Restaurant, Room Service, and other departments to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
• Enter guest orders, special requests, charges, and service details accurately into the hotel operating system/POS.
• Respond to guest requests courteously, confirm order details, follow up on delivery times, and ensure requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.
• Monitor the status of pending orders and coordinate any changes, cancellations, or special requests with relevant F&D team members.
• Verify food and beverage charges, billing information, and order details to minimize errors.
• Follow up on pending orders and guest comments while supporting the F&D team in delivering service and guest experiences.
