About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Officer to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure efficient operations and maintain appropriate stock levels. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering positive guest experiences by ensuring timely and accurate supply management.

Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing and receiving operations, including assisting with procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, specifically outlet managers, to ensure purchases align with operational needs and specifications.
  • Process invoices, review them for accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies to facilitate timely payments and resolve issues.
  • Assist with supplier management, including securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Perform quality checks on shipments to verify adherence to order specifications, grade, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
