About the Role

ABIS is seeking a Cost Controller to join their team. This full-time role involves tracking, analyzing, and reporting project costs against approved budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and effective cost control across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project cost control systems and cost breakdown structures.
• Track committed, actual, and forecast costs against the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and conduct variance analysis for management review.
• Support the preparation of project cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to verify the accuracy of cost data.
• Track change orders/variations and assess their cost impact.
• Support earned value management (EVM) calculations and reporting.
• Maintain cost coding and allocation in line with the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports for client and management review.
• Identify cost risks and trends, escalating findings to the Project Control Manager.
• Support close-out cost reconciliation and final account preparation.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant cost control or project finance role.
