The Role of CVM / Segmentation Head

Code Ninja is seeking a CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer segmentation strategy and analytics for a key client. This full-time position involves owning the design of segmentation frameworks, translating customer insights into targeted propositions, and driving measurable improvements across critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer analytics initiatives, including behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, and lifecycle analysis.
• Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and pricing teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness.
• Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions.
• Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts.

Candidate Profile

This senior role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer segmentation, Customer Value Management (CVM), or a closely related analytical field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in leading data-driven strategies and translating complex insights into actionable business outcomes.
