The Role of Cybersecurity Trainer

OffSec is seeking a Cybersecurity Trainer with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves supporting Academy operations, instructors, students, and clients. The trainer will coordinate the execution of various components of the overall Academy program, working cross-functionally to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and support learners across various OffSec courses, job roles, and learning paths.
• Develop and enhance course curriculum to align with OffSec standards.
• Assess live training requirements and recommend optimal delivery formats.
• Conduct live streams, providing real-time guidance and demonstrations on handling lab machines, addressing common challenges, and sharing best practices.
• Craft well-researched and informative blog posts on various aspects of cybersecurity.
• Participate in sales calls with potential and existing clients to showcase OffSec Academy’s offerings.
• Identify resources and prioritize tasks to ensure the success of OffSec Academy’s initiatives.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure teaching programs deliver value and meet goals.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate, manage expectations, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints, while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
• Work with all team members, demonstrating a willingness to assist and engage in tasks as needed.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time salaried position with flexible work hours, performed from a home office. The role requires global travel capability without restrictions.
